Our Clients
pkConsulting's clients are small and medium sized businesses in transition. (Business sales, acquisitions, new partnerships, expansions, shareholder disputes, exit strategies, succession planning, etc). They operate in the central interior of British Columbia, mainly in the Okanagan Valley. Our ideal client is one that has its own core skills but understands that to grow they need our help.
Our Approach
pkConsulting's approach is to identify the skills and resources within our client's business and identify the risks and opportunities faced by or available to our client. Our solution involves creating a roadmap to success, and then identifying how our client can contribute to his or her own success, and the role that is required of us as consultants. Our success is determined by the way we travel that road. Our Team
At pkConsulting we have built a team whose skills include business valuations, business planning, implementations, project management, general business advice, and ongoing business coaching. Our team has over fifty years of business experience for our clients to rely on. We believe that our clients must be an integral part of our team. These embedded relationships with our clients are the key to developing truly sustainable solutions.
